Download the HelloTech Field Service App

You can download the app through Apple's app store.

Download the app from the Apple Store
Open your settings and tap ‘General’
Scroll down and select ‘Device Management’
Tap on HelloTech Inc.
Tap ‘Trust HelloTech Inc.’
Locate the app and launch

Download iOS App

The app requires version iOS 15.1 or later.

How to install:

When prompted to download, select ‘OK’
Go to Settings and turn on Unknown Sources
When alerted, select ‘OK’ to allow installation
Tap ‘Install’ and open the app

Download Android App

The app requires version Android 7.0 or later.
